  • Comments: Because of the water flow, the swim was canceled. I originally signed up for the Aquabike, however I did the run/swim instead. Overall I felt good about this race, however I did re-aggravate my torn calf muscle. I wanted to run the 10k, however my calf started hurting, so I knew I needed to stop.

  • Comments: Still sad that it was a Du and not a Tri this year, but oh well... Still had fun.

  • Comments: This is a tough course. We were lucky to have ideal weather. Too bad the swim was cancelled. I would much rather swim than run twice.
