  • Comments: I was not mentally prepared for this race. I thought it was a sprint until a week ago. I didn't prepare my race stuff or rest the day before. But like always when the gun went off i clicked into attack mode. It was nice seeing Robin , Keith and my friend Rick at the race.

  • Comments: Ultra-fit always puts on a solid race. Nothing too flashy, but lots of goodies to snack on at the end. I thank the Lord that He has given me the ability to do this, and to do it reasonably well.
