  • Comments: Overall time was Olympic PR (although bike was .5m short). Perhaps 2nd best overall effort after Cap Tex in May. Second race in 6 days, but also preceded ankle injury the following week (which has limited my performance for over a year). This was the point when the body started to break down.

  • Comments: what really stinks about this race is that it costs as much as any other, but no medals unless you win your age group, and even that was pretty junky. come on man.
