  • Overall course based on my ability: Just right

  • Comments: The only reason I said no on the volunteers was due to the aide station. There was one at mile 2 and mile 8. It would have been nice to have one in the middle after the long climb and ascent. However, it's a trail run. People should be carrying some water. I was so I had no issues. The post race staff was amazing and great!
