  • Comments: I would give super high marks for this event and would do it again! The course was a nice NE type of challenge with some hills, a fair distance-including a swim that wasn't super short. The B and R were very, very well marked and lots of aid stations and great food/chips and drinks at the finish. Prelim results were out quickly and it was just very well done. I was happy to see so many young people racing. Props to the RD!

  • Comments: Race overall was well run. Had issues with the timing upon finish. Had to "upload" a few times so my buddy could see if he placed or not.

  • Comments: This is a fantastic race for the community. The roads are basically shut down for cyclist with fire, ems and police at the turns and intersections. The town sweeps most of the roads within their district so there clean. Great race for first timers and vets alike.

  • Comments: Very good local event. Great spot for family and friends to watch transitions and go along the course. When Green Hollow is repaired the bike segment will be sweet. Great group of racers so how could you beat that.

  • Comments: I still can't believe how much fun this was! I was smiling (even almost giggling at times) throughout a large portion of the race. This was a great community event! The support from the volunteers, spectators and even the fellow racers was amazing! What a great group of people the triathlon community is. I can't wait to sign up for my next race!

  • Comments: Looking at where I started in February, to where I am now, I am pretty pleased. I feel great, am prob in the best shape I have ever been in, and absolutely never thought I'd fall in love with Triathlon. Looking at my races, I am finding I am tracking people down on the run, even at 7 min paces. I feel good and bad about that. It means my bike can be faster and my swim can be faster. But I feel good about that because it says alot about my overall fitness. I am not dragging on the run. So here's to maybe one more Tri this year, a half marathon, and a duathlon. then some serious pool time, and winter training for Rev 3 Quassy Half Iron Man next July. of course, an Olympic before I try to tackle those hills out there.
