Carbed up the day before the race (sweet potatoes & beets);
2.5 hours prior to race start, ate 2 Eggs + 2 Egg Whites + 3/4 cup Cantelope + 1/2 cup sauteed beets.;
1 Hammer Gel + water at T1 start of bike;
Immediately Post Race had "Pure" Recovery Protein + Carb drink
30 minutes Post Race had small Chicken Breast + Sweet Potato Baby Food
Continued to much on carby snacks all afternoon - larabar-ish bar, beets, chicken breast, etc
