  • Comments: Really nice race. First time doing it. Organized nicely, nice lake, water and course, a terrific straight out and back bike course and a very nicely shaded 5K run course. May very well do this one again if I can't get into Stone Harbor.

  • Comments: Love this little race. Perfect spot in the training schedule, distance is great for a nice, solid practice race/workout, well organized, good spread, good location. Only negative is the .75 mile walk from parking to the race site on the beach. Still wondering why the field was down so much this year, to just 200. Not a heavily advertised race, but just a lot of fun do do.
