  • Comments: The race venue itself was great, my lack of attention to my body is what made this an average race. This was probably my best race morning ever; from the time I woke up to arriving at Alum Creek, everything went well. I'm going to compete in an open water swim at Alum Creek on July 14th and see how I do at the front of the group. For now, just keep stretching and resting my legs so I can keep building up strength, speed and stamina.
