Comments: It's a BMX/Motocross track. And it was all mud due to the previous 3+ days of rain. They didn't need mud pits everywhere was ankle to knee deep in muck. Standard spartan sprint course - only change this year was the spear has the tether rope on it so I missed for the first time ever. Had to do burpees. Which wouldn't have been too bad except I had to do burpees on the horizontal wall climb as well since it was completely covered in mud like last year and impassible solo. At least I had one of the female national racers doing burpees with me. They need to fix that part of the course. Spartan races are fun and obviously tailored for runners who have a bit of upper body strength.

Comments: Great quick race, but no AG/cat results, photos still haven't been released and took forever to get results up.
