  • Overall course based on my ability: Just right

  • Comments: The race director had a rough day of it for sure! I made sure to compliment him when it was done on pulling it off. First it had to start late. Then, parts of the course had to be changed since the path was flooded. The food afterwards was good and they had a big stage with a band about to get started. I would have hung around but I was soaking wet and cold. Overall a great race and I would absolutely do it again!

  • Comments: Considering that about 1200 people were doing the 10K and probably about another 1500+ doing the half-marathon, it would've been nice to have volunteers on the course reminding walkers and slower folks (especially the half-marathon) to stay right. 10K races are fought within seconds so all the dodging and slowing up to get around walkers and joggers that are doing the half-marathon on a narrow path wasn't great.
