  • Comments: This is a great race...they said it was the largest on the east coast this year...pretty cool. I am now at the point in my training where I think I have maxed out - with the amount of training time I have available. I don't want my time with my wife and son to be affected...so for next year I need to get creative with finding training time...it might be time to pay for some swim instruction or tri training help???

  • Comments: i highly recommend this race. even though the swim is long for a sprint, it isn't so bad. I mean, look at my usual swim times and see what I do in this race.
