  • Comments: It was great to see Matt, Jen and Mark! I was happy to finally do a race with Ocky! He rocked! Coming off of a knee injury, I really could not have asked for much more. I was hoping to have a sub-11 minute mile pace, and I accomplished that. When I look back at where I was a year ago, I have to be pretty happy!

  • Comments: Nice early season 5k to test the Lactate threshold. Which is 157 as of today.

  • Comments: Nice way to spend Sunday morning. Race raised money for a worthwhile cause, which is terrific and leaves participants feeling great.
