  • Comments: Sprint, Spin & Splash is a great introduction to triathlons. Folks are really supportive, and the atmosphere is very family friendly. It was well organized and right on time. It is just too bad that they can only start 10 people every 10 minutes. To stay the whole day can be just a little too long of a day.

  • Comments: I like this race, its a great first timer and community race but there are also some damn good competitors out there. I only won my age group by 13 seconds, and that was to another WVU Tri Club member. So it was a good race!
