Comments: considering I started preparing 2 months ago with a 3 mile base, adding a mile/week on the long run and one hill interval run a week, very happy with the results . . 9:19 pace and was expecting more like 9:30.
miserable waiting for race to start, wonderful once we started running. struck up several acquaintances during the run . . . George, Michelle, Francis, and British guy from Summit, you rock!
