Comments: Well here is my beef..although I am not as mad about it now as I was immediately after the race. When the race people couldn't find my number they gave me a new number and tore off my info tag at the bottom. This was about an hour pre-race. Well when I finished the race, after PR'ing the distance, I had no info-number-tag to tear off and give to the ladies collecting them.
They told me that I was out of luck and it would not be recorded. I got pissed. I was a gentleman about it but after talking to 4 or 5 people about what happend I decided to give up. I wrote down the time on the clock (which was 20 seconds slower than my Garmin time) and turned it in. We shall see if I am ever given credit for this PR in a 10k.
I was behind Debbie Ellington in the chute where they were collecting the tags so when the results come out I will see if that matches up.
So I had to give them a "NO" in the organized part of the evaluation.
