Comments: This is a fun and fast race and great for practicing new things. There were only 65 Olympic Distance participants and given we had perfect weather, I had a great time racing. I tried waiting around for my "1st place" medal but after not starting the awards ceremony after waiting around for over an hour I had to hit the road. Too bad!

Comments: Overall this was a good race. I would do it again. It showed me how much more I need to work on my open water swimming as my pool times were so much faster than my times in this race. Also was a bit upset that there were no aid stations on the bike course but almost too many on the run course, but we were warned ahead of time so that makes up for it. As long as you planned correctly, you were fine for the 24.8 miles.

Comments: I did the Sprint version last year. This was my first Oly and since it isn't well attended, it was perfect for me. It is a very well organized race with nice swag.
