• Comments: This is a well-organized, well run race. The courses are scenic and relatively easy, so it's a good race for beginners. It's a little expensive given the ugly t-shirt and no swag to speak of, but overall I really enjoyed it and would consider racing it again.

• Comments: Fantastic race - very well organized, nice course, tons of volunteers. I would definitely do it again. It would be nice for mother nature to turn down the thermostat next time.

• Comments: Despite suffering heat exhaustion, I am satisfied with my performance. I prepared as best as I was able under the circumstances (work, life), had very good swim, bike, and 1/3 of the run -- the heat did me in.

• Comments: another great race put on by cgi. Great crowd and great competitors. Only snafu for me was I noticed about two miles into the run that the timing strip and foam pad had fallen off from the orange clip so no official time for me. Looking at the results they don't have me listed at all so I guess it happened during the swim. Oh well.

• Comments: What can you say Larry and Michelle put on a top notch event and do everything they can to help you succeed given the heat. I already can't wait (can't believe I'm saying this since so close to yesterday's pain!) to come back next year with a goal of under 3 hours.
