  • Comments: No direction for racers as far as where refreshments were. You walk right toward a big tent where there are many people and food is visible, then realize that is just for Wegmans. Maybe I'll get a part-time job there. Huge line for peon food and we didn't wait in it.

  • Comments: Great race that his getting bigger every year. Next thing for them is divide that sprint and oly onto different days. They moved transition which gave us more room, nice. This Y's third tri. She did great. She is a little bummed on her time but she should be proud.

  • Comments: A great local race that due to work conflict I had to miss the last 3 years. I was so glad that I could do this again with them switching weekends. Great way to spend time with friends. Glad to see all of my friends, both on BT and not have successful races. Some AG hardware for some too, congrats Kam!

  • Comments: For me this was a warm up for next w/e Syracuse 70.3. I really enjoyed it, perfect weather, great volunteers and a really easy course made it a perfect practice and confidence booster. The family came out to support the old man, and it was great to see them cheering me on so many times during the race. Once I get this silly HIM/IM thing behind me at Mt Tremblant next August I think I might stick to sprints. The training is manageable with family and work committments and the races are actually enjoyable!
