  • Comments: All in all I had a great first half IM. The course was challenging, and definitely pushed me throughout it. The hills on both the run and the bike were hard, but they were achievable. My HR monitor never paired with my watch, so I did the entire race on feel. It was good to figure out how hard to push without any of my metrics. All in all it was a great learning experience and will set me up for IM Wisconsin.

  • Comments: AWESOME RACE! Definitely a must do. especially the day after the Hero Challenge. short swim, bike was ok, run was epic. Kreger was 7 min up on me and Hoag was16 min back of me.
