  • Comments: This race is a good learning experience for me: > Ive improved my swim and OWS confidence >Need to improve my bike-with my injury history this is now my best place for improvements especially with climbing hills

  • Comments: good race over all. I wanted to go sub 3, but was not too far off considering how bad my swim start was.
