  • Overall course based on my ability: Just right

  • Comments: Lake was muddy and lots of weeds. Wasn't too bad though. Bike was fine Really didn't like the run course. Twisty and winding in places. Tree roots and lose footing especially downhill prevented a full speed run. Prefer road running to this.
