  • Organised?Yes
  • Events on time?Yes

  • Lots of volunteers to help?Yes
  • Plenty of drink stations?Yes

  • Post race activities? Good
  • Overall course based on my ability: Just right

  • Comments: I liked the race. There were, I believe, over five thousand people between the 5k and the 15k so it's really amazing how well organized it was. There was a line for the shuttle to the race, but other than that I would have never realized how many people were actually there. I've never run a 15k, so I ended up with a PR. My goal was to go sub 8:00 average and I ended up with 7:53 so I'm pretty happy with that. :)

  • Events on time?Yes

  • Lots of volunteers to help?Yes
  • Plenty of drink stations?No

  • Post race activities? Good
  • Overall course based on my ability: Too hard

  • Comments: I think the race activities were limited by the weather. If it hadn't been so cold, the post-race would have been more fun. I didn't attend packet pick-up or the race expo, so I can't comment on those. There weren't enough drink stations, especially towards the end. The course was very hilly and difficult; I'm not sure whether that makes me more or less likely to do the race again. There were PLENTY of portaloos, which signals proper organization by the race directors!
