  • Comments: PB by almost a min, which was set at the 1998 Sporting Life 10K! There were only 1,300 participants then. Today, ~13,000 people running down Yonge St, now Canada's largest run! Age Group Rank = 21/372. Top 6th percentile in my AG. VERY HAPPY! P.S. - Now that I've a little time to reflect on my PB, I'm even more stoked. To think that I set a PB today that has stood for 13 years, since I was 37 in 1998, and now at age 50, I finally broke 50min for 10k for the first time!! I feel I can retire now, and never have to do this race again. Also, according to Garmin, my time is 48:48, course is long. So I went not just sub 50, but sub 49!!
