  • Comments: Lovely swim with Matt, Helen & James. Lost James at start but did the rest of swim with M&H. V sunny to start with, chop & rain at the end. 3 Feed stops for drink & jelly babies, also took 1 gel. Tired arms by the 6k mark, but kept going, technique went a bit to pot but still going at an OK pace. Matt v string, without H we would've gone a bit quicker.
