Comments: Decent race at the end of a hard week's training. Was suprised to set a PB given the lack of freshness in my legs. First real indication of where the winter training has got me (just a shame the swim and bike haven't come on as much...). km markers were all over the place and the big hill at about 4 or 5k meant that it was hard to run an even pace. Overall very pleased with my performance though given the conditions (and annoyed not to go sub-37 - my watch made it 36.58!)
