  • Comments: I do this race now for 4 years in a row. It falls on the same weekend as Raleigh, which means this race is smaller. It is out in the country whichi s great for bike ride but not much crowd. The run course is pretty flat but just plain hot. The swim is always interesting - 2nd time in 4 years with a good chop. Tough for beginners
