  • Comments: My longest run distance ever. I'm glad I did it. Was a bit nervous coz I went from doing 5 miles 3 weeks ago to 7.2 miles 3 days ago to a 15k today. That's almost double the distance. I'm glad Max got me into it. Otherwise I wouldn't even thought of doing it.
