  • Overall course based on my ability: Too easy

  • Comments: Apart from the crazy bike course, the race was really nice. For second place in my AG, I won a half price entry to next year's race, so I'll probably race it again. I'm not sure if I would otherwise because of the bike course.

  • Overall course based on my ability: Just right

  • Comments: Awesome race, my coach organised this race and it was part of trifitness the group she runs. The race was really great. The only thing I didn't like about this race is the bike and swim were longer than std Olympic distance course. I think my normalised time for this race if it were std Olympic would have been 2.29 - 2.30...Great race which I enjoyed a bit better weather would be great though...

  • Comments: I give credit to the race directors for dealing with that tough swim situation. Their stress levels must have been through the roof having to change it all up on the fly like that. Volunteers were great. Not thrilled with the bike course with all those damn turns, one poor guy crashed.
