  • Comments: This is my new 10k PR as the previous one was in Bend on a downhill course. This is the first time I break 40 minutes on a flat course so quite happy with that. Proves that my training was solid this year. Didn't have the perfect race I wanted to have but this is actually good so I can improve in a couple of years!
