Comments: The YMCA Fall Indoor Triathlon is calculated by time: a 15 minute swim, 20 minute walk/run, and a 20 minute indoor cycle - all indoors at the Y. This is a perfect event for beginner triathletes or those who are thinking about getting involved in triathlons. There is no pressure to perform other than to complete each timed event. Laps and miles are converted to points which determine the top finishers. This is also a great event for the competitive athlete. The event is conducted in waves of five people, allowing smooth transitions to the segments.
