  • Comments: Good chilled out Tri. I was back from Canada so not at peak fitness. If I take off extra 2 lengths (approx 2 mins) I beat last years time, however shorter bike route.

  • Comments: Lovely Lido tri as always, did it with Matt who had a rubbish swim. Kept pace up on bike, would've liked a bit more in me for run. Lucky no. 13

  • Comments: With Matt - in 5 mins ahead of him. Good swim & pleased with bike, however run was tougher than I thought. Maybe tired legs from training.
