  • Overall course based on my ability:

  • Comments: Run: I was 2nd for CRC, Rob H in 1st place, but I managed to get in front of Ross and Nicki at 2nd half of run. Pushed hard uphill. Didn't quite manage to catch Ian McKinley in front, but overall quite pleased with pace, despite feeling rough wirh sinus issues. Event: Lovely small event, village feel. From cricket ground. Great cakes post run + choose your own medal which was cool. Cats & canary themed
