• Comments: quads felt sore, particularlly top right of left knee muscles, left calf sore from cramping at race

• Comments: Always a good event. A great turn out with lots of really talented athletes, probably the most competitive field I've been in. The only negative I have is that the second aid station on the run was right at the turn around. Should've been back about a half-mile from the turn around so runners could get two stabs at it!
