  • Comments: This is lower key race for RRR but what do you really need? Got a nice t-shirt this year and water bottle. Ample water stations and The Hook to keep you honest. I'll be back.

  • Comments: Great event w/ a perfect course for offering a huge variety of running options (flat, rolling hills, side of mountain hill, trail portion) Also a really good sized local event. May get added to my list of annual events.

  • Comments: Weak post race amenties and really weak T-shirt. Rockland Road Runners usually does a better job but the money goes to the local Hospice so hopefully that is where it all went. I don't really care about swag for a local run. A great early season race. Given my early winter injuries I'm real happy w/ my effort and results. I was a little faster than last year and it's a tougher course than Timberman so that bodes well. I like doing challenging stuff, maybe one day I'll run a flat course and try to break 1:50 but, really who cares. This will be great prep for Harriman, which I know wb tough. And, it's all about the journey to Timberman II.

  • Comments: I'm glad I wore my Fuel Belt cuz I like to drink out of the bottles on my own schedule plus I had two gels. This would be a great course in better weather. I'll return next year. I ride around the lake a bit now I'm going to incorporate The Hook into some serious bricks too. Inthe end this will all help for the ultimate goal, TIMBERMAN!
