  • Comments: I can't give it a 5 because I have nothing to compare it to, but it was definitely a positive experience, a well-organized program, and definitely not my last tri!

  • Comments: first sprint ever on east coast and after 5 or 6 year layoff. left rotator cuff torn; surgery recommended but feels ok now
