  • Comments: I improved 2 minutes from 2010. I was in a very competitive AG. 5th is a little disappointing, but overall I had a fairly strong race. I always lose significant time on the bike. Until I dedicate more time on the bike (any maybe get a new bike), this will always be my limiting factor.

  • Comments: This was one of the best executed races I've had. Mentally I was prepared to go in as just a fun small "hometown" triathlon that I wanted to take it easy on and just have fun.

  • Comments: Setup events always puts on a great race, and Smith Mountain Lake is the BEST race venue.
