  • Comments: I think I may have done too much race prep the day before because I just didn't feel right entering the race. In general, great race and great post-race food. I placed in the aquabike division!!!

  • Comments: Huge fan of Colonial Beach and VTS/setup races in general. This was my second time doing this race, and it felt way easier to me than last time- I am in much better shape.
