  • Comments: Great little local 5k. This team really knows how to put on races. I have a gripe with all local races and their timing methods. Nobody in Atlanta uses timing devices, chips etc.. do you need one in a 5k? no, but why not? I'd rather skip the shirt, and pay for an accurately timed race. Also, The race was on Saturday, and the results were just now put up. (Tuesday) That's unacceptable when Triathlons with multiple events have same day postings. Oh well.. just minor gripes.

  • Comments: Very good race, well put on and great post race festivities. All funds went to Team in training so it was for a good cause too.

  • Comments: Great race, I'm sure I'll run it every year. Last year was my chance to place in my age group and I missed it by like 20 seconds. Now with 2000 runners it will be hard to get up there.

  • Comments: Nice event. Some 650 runners for a first time 5k. Well done. Big Peach is a great organization / runningstore for the Atlanta area. Beats the competition hands down. As far as races go, I think this is just the beginning for them.
