  • Comments: Last year for this race. Race Director said they lose too much money because the turnout is low. I hate that. It was a really challenging race. I think if more people knew about it, they would participate. Finished 20 of 23 women. Finished 2 in my age group. (But there were only 2 of us!) But I didn't get the AG award (which was just a hat or something and maybe a gift certificate) as they were giving out my age group just as I was finishing. DOH! Oh well, it wouldn't have meant anything since there were just 2 of us and I have enough hats and the gift certificate was only for $10 bucks. The only think I would do differently is to remember my helmet. That wally world POS didn't really fit right, but I guess it did its job.
