Overall course based on my ability: Just right

Comments: Setup does a very good job putting on well organized races! This was actually the first setup race I was in that did not start on time. They started 6 minutes late because the patrol boats were late getting in the water. Can't fault setup on this and who really cares about six mintues? Not I.

Overall course based on my ability: Just right

Comments: I broke 2:30, which had been my goal, so I'm very happy. Set an oly-tri PR for bike, run and overall, so I guess I have to call it a good day all in all. Can't wait for NYC Tri next month to see just how much further I can drop those times!

Comments: Despite my crap day, I liked this race. The course was quite challenging...a lot hillier than I'd anticipated. The post race festivities were some of the best I've seen in a while. BBQ, and Kool Aid - reminded me of family picnics when I was a kid.

Comments: Setup Events did a very good job with this race, very well organized and run, kept everyone informed on where to go and what to do.
