  • Comments: Race was OK for being in the second year. There is room for definite improvement though: - No chip timing...no big deal, but it's nice to have - Transition area was set up wrong. Swim entrance was at the far end compared to where my bike was. Bike out, bike in and run out were all out of the same section, right across from the swim entrance. A high traffic area and very unsafe (on top of being unfair) - No water stops on the run - Spectators carelessly walking around the TA when I was coming in off of my bike - Not a huge fan of multiple loop bike and run course (this one was 3 loops on the bike and 2 on the run) Probably wouldn't do the race again unless the major issues I had were remedied. Was nice to do and support a local race.
