  • Comments: This actually went Bike-Run-Paddle... a painful combination. After biking and running for 3+ hours, suddenly sitting down caused all kinds of cramps and discomfort. This was my first adventure race and, considering I had no idea what to expect, I was really pleased. I will definitely try and get at least one in every year or so from now on. It's a great change of pace from the monotony of road running and riding.
