• Description: Mack Cycle Tri-Miami is an USAT sanctioned event which features two race distances, sprint and international. The sprint begins with 1/4-mile ocean swim, then takes you on a 11.5-mile bike ride, and finishes with a 3 mile trail/road run. The international distance triathlon boasts a 1/2 mi ocean swim, 23-mile bike ride and a 6-mile run. Our sprint duathlon consisting of a 1 mile run, 11.5-mile bike, then another trail/road run for 3 miles. This race promises to be a challenging and unique experience.
