• Description: The race course is set in the spectacular backdrop of the Humber River Valley and presents a safe, challenging, and enjoyable day for all competitors. Race day begins at sandy Pasadena Beach and a swim start in the expansive fresh water of Deer Lake. The 3-point course is a moving start to your day as you complete a wet suit swim in pristine Canadian water.
  
  The bike course meanders through a magnificent valley shouldered by forested mountains and the mighty Humber River. The 2-loop bike course stretches to a hilltop lookout and turnaround that rewards with a stunning view of Corner Brook and the Bay of Islands.
  
  The final stage of the journey features an inspiring lakeside run along the scenic shores of Deer Lake in view of the tranquil surroundings of the golf course and luxury chalets at Humber Valley Resort.
