• Description: The swim course is done by waves in 3 minutes intervals, first the Olympic triathletes, and then Sprint. There will be a break between the Olympic and the sprint waves to allow all Olympic athletes to get onto the 2nd lap before we start the sprint athletes.
  
  The bike portion is an out and back on a mix of residential and city area roads.
  
  The run is also an out and back that is fairly level terrain mostly on beautiful trails along the river.
