One mile swim that starts and exits on a boat ramp. Water temperature in George Wyth Lake during September is usually in the 60s. Bike portion is a 22 mile loop on scenic rural roads, with one 3-mile out and back section. An aid station will be located mid-way through the course with water, sports drink, and power snacks. The run is a 6 mile out–and–back course; half will be on the park road, which will be open to limited vehicle traffic. Other half of course will follow a flat, wooded multi-use trail that is open to recreational traffic. There will be two aid stations along the course (more if weather is unseasonably hot) with water, sports drink, and power snacks.
