• Description: All three races take in the beautiful aspects provided by Fritton Lake and the surrounding area, including an open water lake swim followed by a bike course that follows the public roads around the Somerleyton Hall Estate. Once completing the bike course the run routes for the Sprint and Super Sprint consist of a two or one lap route, following marked trails around the country park while the Olympic distance run follows a two lap cross country route into neighbouring woodland.
