• Description: The course is flat and fast. The Duathlon will consist of a 5K run, 20-mile bike and finish with a 5K run. The bike portion will proceed west on Main towards the old Hwy 160, parallel to the new super highway 400. The entire course is pavement, and well marked. Although the course is open to traffic, Parsons City Police and Fire personnel along with race volunteers will be stationed at the course turns in intersections. All participants should be observant and careful as usual.
