• Description: Whether you are a seasoned triathlete or just wanting to try one for the first time, this is the race for you!
  
  The race consists of a 20 minute swim, a 20 minute bike and a 20 minute run. You decide how fast you want to go, you decide how far you go with each event. Each participant's performance is measured by distance covered in each event. The further you go, the higher your score.
  
  The race will begin at 8 a.m. with heats starting every half hour. Please check the day before for your beginning race time and your beginning event. There will be a 10 minute transition period between each event. Volunteers will record distances for participants in each event and then those point will be added up.
  
  All participants will receive a T-shirt, goody bag and award. At 4:30 p.m., there will be a Celebration Dinner and awards given. Come celebrate your accomplishments with good food and friends. We hope to see you there!
