• Description: The Marlow River Olympic & Sprint Distance Triathlon, a triathlon consisting of a river swim, cycling and running.
  
  The event is open to all levels of participant and encourages first time triathletes to the event.
  
  The Swim course for the Olympic Distance is a 1500 metre one lap course and for the Sprint Distance it is a 750 metre half lap course in the River Thames and is designed to make even the weakest swimmer get a fast swim split.
  
  The Bike course for the Olympic Distance is 37km and only has 2 main hills, other wise it is flat and fast. The Sprint Distance is 24.5km - It uses the Henley / Marlow Road which completely out and back. The Bike course uses some of the Challenge Henley Triathlon Course along the Fairmile near Henley.
  
  Please note it is on a main road and due care to be taken.
  
  The Run course for the Olympic Distance is a 2 Lap 5km route on Tarmac and Grass Footpaths and meanders back towards Marlow and into the finish at Higginson Park from the river tow path. The Sprint Distance is just a 1 Lap 5km route.
